CP Technologies Repair Program
CP Technologies’ servers are all covered by our standard five-year warranty and covers all parts and labor caused by component failure. Our warranty covers return to factory repair and the cost of the return of the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to CP Technologies. Enhanced service policies are also available upon request.
All LCDs, keyboards and other accessory products are protected by a three-year limited warranty. This warranty policy covers replacement or repair of the original product at CP Technologies’ option and is made solely to the purchaser. It also assumes that the product has not been modified or subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress. This warranty is void for any product damaged due to improper packaging when returned for RMA purposes.
